Prompted by and dedicated to all those who don't know enough about physics – the fun subject!
Here is my best conversation stopper at a party……
To me "what do you do?" " I am a teacher" "Oh really, what do you teach?" "Physics" after which there is either a long silence, a groan, the person is physically sick or else the usual…"oh I never really liked physics"..or even more common…."I never understood physics at school".
SO HERE WE GO..lots of commonly misunderstood BAD PHYSICS and hopefully some simple explanations of how it should be.
