A HOUSE HEATS UP QUICKER IF YOU TURN THE THERMOSTAT UP
WRONG!!
The thermostat is just a switch which turns the heating system off when the temperature reaches a certain value. (and on
again when it drops to a certain level). The house gains energy at the rate which the boiler as able to put out energy to the rooms - nothing will speed it up. If you
turn the thermostat up the house will simply get to a higher temperature before it switches off.
