THE PRESSURE UNDER BULLDOZER TRACKS IS MORE SPREAD OUT

Tanks and bulldozers have tracks instead of wheels so that they do not sink into soft ground. This is because the weight makes less pressure on the ground if the area in contact is more.
(Pressure = Force / Area)
So we should not say that the "weight is more spread out" we should say "the pressure is less". We certainly should not say that the pressure is less concentrated or the pressure is spread out. Incidentally the reason for camels and elephants having big area feet is the same - to lower the pressure.
